Made 2 Measure Fitted Furniture is a small, independent business with over 30 years’ experience in the design, manufacture and installation of fitted furniture, from bedrooms to media walls and bespoke storage solutions. Our workshop and showroom are based in Christchurch and our services cover Dorset and Hampshire.

Good question, all our furniture is made to measure for each customer so we don’t have a pricelist on our website, instead we offer free home design appointments, where we will visit your home, take measurements and discuss your requirements and ideas before creating a design and quotation for you. We have many options available both in style, colour and interior layouts so we can help create a made to measure design that works for your home and budget. No, although it is the main product we design and fit, we have the experience and skills to create and fit a wide range of made to measure furniture including bedrooms, home offices, bespoke storage solutions including those awkward understairs spaces and tv media units. Our team love a challenge so if you have a space and would like fitted furniture, please do get in touch with our team, we will come out and carry out a free of charge design appointment to get the wheels in motion to create made to measure fitted furniture that is unique to your home and requirements.

We have a staged payment process, we ask for a 25% deposit to be paid when placing your order, this secures your fitting dates and allows our team to schedule your order for manufacture, then the final balance is due 5 days after we complete the installation.

Yes, absolutely, our furniture is built from high quality, built to last materials and fitted to the highest standards, to give you added peace of mind we provide a warranty with all of our installations.

Warranty Periods:

  • MFC Carcasses and Doors: We offer a 15-year warranty on MFC carcasses and as well as doors within the ‘Simply’ range.
  • MDF Vinyl Wrapped Doors: MDF vinyl wrapped doors are supplied with a 6-year warranty.
  • Fixtures and Fittings: All fixtures and fittings come with a 6-year warranty.

No, we take great pride in our work and as a small team we hold strong family values and do not contract out any of our work.

We value your custom and therefore treat your home as we would our own. You can be assured that your home is respected at all times, if you need to go to work or run errands whilst we fit your furniture, just let our fitter know and he will ensure he locks up and leaves the keys in a secure place when he is finished.
