Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Deposit and Payment
   1.1 A non-refundable 25% deposit is payable at the point of purchase.
   1.2 The final balance is due within 5 days of the completion of fitting.
   1.3 Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit or debit card (excluding American Express).
   1.4 Failure to pay the final balance within the stipulated time may result in additional charges or cancellation of the order.
2. Changes to Design
   2.1 Any changes to the design must be communicated and agreed upon within 14 days of payment 2.2 After 14 days, additional charges may apply for any design alterations requested by the customer.
3. Warranty
   3.1 MFC Carcasses and Doors:
   3.1.1 We offer a 15-year warranty on MFC carcasses and MFC Slab doors provided they are used under normal domestic conditions.
   3.1.2 This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship, but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
   3.2 MDF Vinyl Wrapped Doors:
   3.2.1 MDF vinyl wrapped doors are supplied with a 6-year warranty.
   3.2.2 This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship, but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
   3.3 Fixtures and Fittings:
   3.3.1 All fixtures and fittings supplied with our furniture are covered by a 2-year warranty, provided they are used under normal domestic conditions.
   3.3.2 This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
4. Cancellation
   4.1 The 25% deposit payment is non-refundable.
   4.2 Any order cancelled within 3 weeks of a confirmed fitting date will incur cancellation charges for labour and materials.
5. Fitting
   5.1 Fitting dates will be confirmed within 14 days of the deposit payment.
   5.2 Any delay in fitting caused by circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather or supply chain issues, will not be considered a breach of contract.
   5.3 Fitting services are only available within the United Kingdom, and any fitting outside of this area will be subject to additional charges.
   5.4 The room must be cleared of all items in preparation for the fitting of your new furniture.
   5.5 The fitter(s) are required to keep on their shoes for their own protection.
6. Liability
   6.1 Made 2 Measure Fitted Furniture Limited’s liability is limited to the total cost of the order and excludes any indirect or consequential losses.
   6.2 We are not responsible for any damage caused by the customer’s failure to follow our care instructions for the furniture.
7. Governing Law
   7.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
   7.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

By making a purchase with Made 2 Measure Fitted Furniture Limited, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
