Warranty Terms

We offer the following warranties on our products:

MFC Carcasses and MFC Slab Doors

• Made 2 Measure Fitted Furniture Limited offers a 15-year warranty on MFC carcasses and MFC Slab doors.
• This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship that may occur under normal use within the specified period.

MDF Vinyl Wrapped Doors:

• Our MDF vinyl wrapped doors are supplied with a 6-year warranty.
• This warranty protects against defects in material or craftsmanship under normal use for the duration of the 6 years.

Fixtures and Fittings

• All fixtures and fittings supplied with the furniture come with a 2-year warranty.
• This warranty ensures that any defects in fixtures or fittings due to manufacturing issues will be rectified during the warranty period.

Labour/Installation

• We provide a 2-year workmanship warranty on all installation services
• If any installation issues arise due to improper workmanship within the 2-year period, we will address them.

What Is Covered

• Defects in material or workmanship that occur under normal use.
• Any malfunction or failure of components due to manufacturing defects.
• Any issues with the installation process, as covered by the installation warranty.

What Is Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence.
• Wear and tear that occurs from regular usage over time, including but not limited to scratches, discoloration, or fading of materials.
• Damage due to improper maintenance or cleaning.
• Any alterations, repairs, or modifications made to the furniture that were not completed by Made 2 Measure Fitted Furniture Limited.

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

• Provide date of installation, photos and a description of the issue.
• If necessary, we will arrange for an inspection to assess the issue.
